Chambeyronia macrocarpa ‘Watermelon’. (3-4mAbcD) A stunning single palm tree with bright yellow watermelon coloured patterning on its green trunk and crown shaft .

Blonde Watermelon Flame Thrower 

Chambeyronia macrocarpa ‘ Blonde Watermelon’. (3-4mAbcD) The patterning on the Blonde Variety is the reverse to the Watermelon above. It is a stunning single palm tree with bright green  coloured patterning on its yellow trunk and crown shaft .

Both of these actual plants have come from parents with very strong watermelon patterning.

They both throw out bright red new growth. These are highly coveted Collectors Palms. Wide thick pinnate leaves. Ideal for tropical and sub tropical gardens. Easy to grow. Native to New Caledonia. Prefer a rich well drained soil. Full sun to shade. These plants are 3-4 leaf 90cm tall and sent in tall 100mm pots.
