Hibiscus tiliaceus Rubra (6mABCD) is a dense evergreen tree with attractive dark green leaves with attractive red new growth. Spreading crown makes for an excellent shade tree and a good hedge.. Typical Hibiscus shaped flowers are bright yellow with a black spot in the centre. Smooth trunk.
Can tolerate full coastal exposure as well as poor draining soils or salty bore water. Full sun to light shade. Sent in small 42mm tubes.
