Anthurium andreanum `Prince of Red’ (70cmAbcD) Huge 12cm red wavy heart shaped flowers that stands tall above the dark green glossy foliage. Yellow coloured spadix. As Anthuriums age everything gets bigger…as the leaves get bigger so do the flowers. Perfect to brighten any room in the house. Bred for huge flowers, clumping, disease and cold resistance. Great indoors. Keep in a well drained mix and let dry out between waterings. Can grow outside in coastal Qld and Nthn NSW. Sent in 75mm pots.

PS To test moisture …..Stick your finger in the mix down about 4cm when that area is dry it may be time to rewet. If the plant is extremely well rooted this will keep the plant drier and may need more water. Dont be scared to tip carefully the plant out and look. You need to do this with every pot plant to really know whats bgoing on in the root zone. Too much prolonged moisture in the rootzone can lead to root rot.
