HOYA ‘RED BUTTONS‘

Hoya pubicalyx ‘Red Buttons‘. Each flower has a white fluff bordering its edges contrasting against the dark red of the flower itself giving it an almost black appearance. The corona is a bright burgundy. Lovely large clusters in spring and summer. Very hardy and can dry out a little between waterings. Needs to be under well lit hard shelter in winter in all climates except tropical where shadecloth is OK.
